Our employees are passionate, hard working, talented and are pivotal to our success.Your responsibilities will include:Manage and record maintenance activities in Infrastructure & Facilities management systemManage and Maintain Contractor recordsCoordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduledAssist sourcing the most cost effective materials, goods, products, and services.Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:Ability to manage and maintain maintenance records in preparation for Audits and compliance requirements.Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.Exceptional organisational and planning skills.Excellent networking and time management skills.Experience in developing tenders and RFQ documentationGood knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)Hands-on experience with purchasing softwareUnderstanding of supply chain proceduresOur campus is designed to create an atmosphere which reflects our love of cutting edge technology, collaboration, and our deep connection to music, film and all things audio.
