About the Role As an OT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple OT projects. Your key duties will include:
Define, price, schedule, manage, deliver, and close projects handled by OT Service Providers. Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and coordinate the interdependent scopes of IT, PLC cabinets, SCADA, and other systems to ensure seamless project delivery. Engage continuously with OT Service Providers, project sponsors, governance committees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and handovers. Ensure control system projects comply with standards and that external providers achieve the required outcomes. Identify and manage project risks and compliance and escalate issues to governance committees and sponsors as necessary. Monitor and report on financial, scheduling, and other aspects of OT projects on a monthly basis. Review and approve Service Provider contractual claims, manage disputes, and escalate issues to the appropriate governance committees when necessary. Lead and support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and best practice in project and program delivery. About You Experience in Utilities / Construction / industrial project delivery, including contract and change management. Own the project budgets and financial reporting. Experience working on large scale enterprise-wide projects and programs. Significant experience in project management. Previous background in engineering is highly desirable.
