About the Role: As an Operational Readiness Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless commissioning and operational readiness of new and upgraded facilities. Your focus will be on developing manuals, training, equipment, and commissioning plans to meet project objectives and maintain high safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and model safety and environmental practices in alignment with project standards. Participate in the design and review processes to enhance operability and maintainability. Manage commissioning activities and ensure documentation is complete for ongoing operations. Develop and implement effective operational and maintenance strategies. Collaborate with project teams and client representatives to integrate new infrastructure smoothly. What You'll Bring: Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical) with 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial project environments. Demonstrated expertise in project commissioning and operational readiness. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
