Onsite Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property enthused individual wanting to move into a more corporate structured environment working for a well-known Developer.
You will be spoilt with onsite parking at all buildings, experienced support staff, and a generous salary package.
Duties:

Portfolio management of around 180 properties
Majority located in 1 building, all others within walking distance
Newly developed properties, all built within the last 10 years
Tenant and landlord management
Schedule repairs
Work closely with the Leasing Consultant
Prepare for tribunal
Follow up arrears

The Person:

Valid Certificate of Registration, Drivers License and Car
Previous Property Management experience
Well organised with great attention to detail
Superb written and communication skills
Previous Propertytree experience will be highly regarded
