We are looking for an Online Gaming & Tech Lawyer to join our team

The role requires work from our office in Sydney, but for the right candidate we are open to considering a hybrid role.

We are an established Sydney-based boutique firm focused on all things tech. Amongst other things, we provide outsourced in-house corporate, commercial, regulatory, disputes and IP advice to a number of online casino and gaming operators with offerings in Australia, the US and Canada. We offer these clients the highest quality advice and commercial solutions. Our people are our most valuable asset and we nurture their professional development.

You will be involved in:

· an interesting mix of Australian and international corporate, commercial, disputes and IP matters for online gaming clients;

· drafting and negotiating software, technology and service agreements;

· advising on compliance with AML/marketing/gaming regulations and resolving customer disputes; and

· data privacy matters, including AU Privacy Act, GDPR, CCPA.

You will be:

· willing to learn, commercially pragmatic and interested in developing an expertise in online gaming and tech law.

· admitted to practice in Australia with at least 2 years' Australian and/or international corporate, commercial, disputes and/or gaming law experience;

· have strong written & oral communication skills and a close attention to detail.
