**Job Description:**

Simon Property Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Online Administrative Associate to join our team in Canberra. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and other team members to ensure smooth operational flow. This includes managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized electronic and paper files.

- **Online Communication:** Serve as a primary point of contact for online inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to questions from clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders using various communication platforms.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives within the organization, including but not limited to scheduling, monitoring timelines, and facilitating communication among team members.

- **Data Management:** Accurately enter and maintain data in database systems, ensuring the integrity and security of all information. Prepare reports as needed for management review and decision-making.

- **Document Preparation:** Create and edit documents, presentations, and other materials to support the team's projects. Ensure that all materials are professional and adhere to company standards.

- **Policy Compliance:** Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by consistently following protocols and providing guidance to other team members.

- **Resource Utilization:** Efficiently utilize company resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts as necessary.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience & Education:**
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate service environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to manage stress and adapt to changing priorities while remaining focused and productive.
- Reliable: Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and following through on tasks without constant supervision.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Presentation: Strong presentation skills with the ability to create compelling materials that engage audiences.
- Project Management: Proven skills in project management, including planning, executing, and closing projects effectively and within deadlines.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with project management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

- **Communication Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
