On Site Manager

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management of staff, and caretaking of a residential apartment complex located on the Northern Gold Coast.
Responsibilities: Knowledge of property management and letting of permanent units. Supervision of cleaners and ensure that building/caretakers' duties are attended to. Supervision of contractors. On call for after-hours emergencies. Minor repairs and maintenance. Pool cleaning and maintenance. Liaise and maintain a healthy working relationship with Body Corporate committee, owners, residents, and relevant stakeholders. Prepare Building Manager's reports and attend Body Corporate meetings as directed. Skills and Experience Preferred: Property management. Trust account & legislation. Good at time management and organization. Thorough knowledge/experience of Strata environment. Queensland Resident Letting Agents Licence. Self-motivated. Must have ABN. Must be able to reside on-site; a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit is provided.
