About The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to support day-to-day operations and personnel onsite.
This role will see you play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships and empowering staff.
This role is a permanent, full-time role (Monday-Friday).
In this position, your duties will also include: Manage new personnel arrivals to site and mobilisation e.g., inductions, site access, transport, accommodation.
Coordination and management of mobilisation of Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS) workers.
Transportation of employees to clinics and appointments.
Conflict resolution and addressing employee issues proactively.
Manage and support onsite employee wellbeing including regular check-ins and follow ups.
Education and mentoring of onsite employees in relation to workplace operations.
Fostering the relationship between the client and FIP Group employees.
Manage the onsite workforce, including employee onboarding, employee performance and conduct related matters, probationary checks, warnings, and terminations.
Escalate serious breaches or seek guidance on desired outcome to Internal HR.
Oversee, manage, and report on employee retention and attendance.
Educate and coach onsite employees and visitors on safe site practices.
Monitor and report site safety and WHS policies and procedures.
This role will require travel to Corio as well.
