What is the opportunity? A fantastic opportunity now exists for an On Road Service Technician - Complex Rehab specialising in complex rehab to join our highly successful Service Team at Melbourne Western Suburbs on a Permanent Full Time Basis. The focus of this role is to carry out the maintenance, repairs and testing of equipment including beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, powerchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.
Role Responsibilities: Completing repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer servicePreparing clear and concise service recordsMaintaining the company vehicle in a good conditionEnsuring van inventory is adequate to complete required repairsMaintaining a neat and tidy personal presentation at all timesMaintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company PolicyRole Requirements: Mechanical or Service Technician background preferred, but not essentialField experience preferably within the Healthcare or service-related sectorA strong desire to achieve a high level of professional customer serviceThe ability and desire to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutionsA high standard of communication skillsThe ability to work independently, whilst contributing to the team resultsStrong time management and punctuality skillsCurrent and valid Driver's LicenseIf you are interested in working in the Health and Aged Care industry, then look no further.
