Job Summary:
This Customer Development Executive position is both a key contributor to the Petstock team and a developmental position.
The role has the responsibility to support the Omnichannel eCommerce sales growth and provide analytical support across our customer base in one of our largest customers, Petstock.
The role reports to the Customer Development manager Petstock, providing support to the Pestock ecosystem.
Support includes, but is not limited to, instore checks, customer website audits and compliance checks, customer data analytic interpretation and visualisation, ROI analysis, invoice and claim processing, ATLAS sales planning and forecasting, and Test & Learn projects.
The successful candidate will show the ability to be collaborative, demonstrate analytical thinking, and have a curious growth mindset.
Roles & responsibilities: Accounts category review analysis, monthly health checks and/or scorecardsEnhancing customer relationships & negotiationVolume and activity planningProcessing claims and invoices monthlyPresenting market & instore intelligence insights to assist sales analysisManaging and liaising with customer to maintain online content standardsPromotional planning & submissions including NPD/line transitions submissionsForecasting and Demand Planning based on customer business plans including trade spendTracking A&P and GTN spend in line with budget & contractsManage ROI margin calculator to ensure correct funding levelsCoordination of clearance for obsolete and deleted stockCommunicating key account pricing and competitor activityUpdate customer sales, promotional and event calendarsPreparation & communication of campaigns to field sales team to ensure best in class executionAssist in preparation of customer JBP and terms negotiationAnalyse and interpret customer data to improve ROI and promotional activityCollating competitive data & insights to assist sales analysis - tools like Tableau and ProfiteroPreparing and participating in account meetings and attend strategic customer meetingsAbout you: Relevant degree qualification2+ years sales experienceExperience collaborating with diverse teamsIntermediate G-Suite Skills - Sheets, Docs, Slides & Data StudioStrong analytical skill setFMCG / Pet Speciality industry background highly regardedAbility to work in a team environment, collaborating with others to meet customer needsOther Fast Facts for Consideration: Work Environment: This role is based in our Sydney office with support for hybrid work arrangements.
