OHS Co-Ordinator (Compliance) - $62 per hourGPH Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced OHS Co-Ordinator (Compliance) for a local mining role (DIDO) in the South West, working a 43.72 hour week on a 7&7 Day Shift family-friendly roster.
This position is temporary as per site requirements, with the possibility of permanent engagement in the future.
This is a residential position, and to be considered, the successful applicant must have accommodation and live within commuting distance of Collie, Western Australia.
Reporting to the OHS Superintendent, the OHS Co-ordinator will be responsible for monitoring safety compliance, proactively promoting hazard awareness, and controlling risk throughout the operation.
Essential Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.A demonstrated work history within occupational health and safety, including management and leadership of others.3-5 years of experience in heavy industry, mining, or environment.The ability to understand and interpret occupational health and safety legislation and educate others.Remuneration: $62.00 per hour casual base, based on a 12.5 hour day on a 7&7 Day Shift.
