As a member of the Retail Customer Service Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our retail customers upon purchasing minted products. Your primary responsibility is to effectively manage customer orders and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This is a 6 month casual contract with potential opportunity for extension or permanency, working within a fun, vibrant and inclusive team. Your role as an Officer Customer Service Retail will involve: Accurately process retail customer orders via phone and emailConfidently and respectfully respond to order-related enquiries via email and phone, in a timely mannerDevelop an in-depth knowledge of The Perth Mint products to provide customers with accurate and detailed informationMonitor order progress by ensuring payments are received, orders dispatched within appropriate timeframes, tracking shipments, processing returns and refunds, and collaborating with internal teamsHandle and record customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experienceEnsure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at workExperience: Strong organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail ensuring accuracyA customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing high-quality service and building strong relationshipsA proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle and resolve issues independentlyExperience in customer serviceProficient computer skills are necessaryA collaborative team player, open to feedback and committed to continuous improvementPossess a smartphone for the purpose of business system authentication and security protocolsIt's easy to dismiss the perfect opportunity if you don't see yourself as the perfect fit.
