**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Office Administration:**
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring all office functions run smoothly.

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.

- **Communication & Coordination:**
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.

- Prepare and distribute internal newsletters, updates, and other communication materials.

- **Financial Management:**
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking to ensure adherence to the company's financial guidelines.
- Process invoices and manage office supplies purchasing, keeping within budget constraints.

- **Project Management:**
- Support project managers with research, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

- **Team Support:**
- Provide logistical support for training sessions, team-building activities, and other events.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, providing necessary resources and information.

- **Innovative Contributions:**
- Identify and propose improvements to existing office processes and tools.
- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing team engagement and productivity in a remote work environment.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant coursework in business administration or management is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack) is advantageous.
