Supporting the Key Account Director for Education, you'll drive success by managing office operations and providing high-level PA support in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Location: Milperra, NSW Salary: $78k base + flexible hybrid work options Start: ASAP Contract Duration: Until October 2025 (Mat Leave Contract) Key Responsibilities: Lead the daily operations of the office, providing administrative support to a team of 40 senior managers.
Manage key business functions such as finance, workforce planning, recruitment, and WHS.
Provide high-level PA support to the Key Account Director, including scheduling, meetings, and communication.
Ensure the smooth running of the office, including supplies management, room bookings, and facilities coordination.
Drive efficiency by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with senior leaders to support various functions across the business.
About You: Experience in an Office Manager or EA role, preferably in large, fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership.
Able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
Intermediate proficiency with office software and systems.
Flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Requirements: 3 years administrative / data entry experience.
Previous customer service experience System administration and Recordkeeping skills Experience supporting a high volume of staff.
Working With Children Check (WWC) and Police Check required.
