As the Office Manager, you'll be the linchpin of daily operations, orchestrating a seamless flow of communication between clients and our cleaning teams.
You'll handle everything from incoming inquiries to job scheduling, ensuring our services are delivered efficiently across our extensive service region.
This role offers a unique blend of customer service, administrative expertise, and operational management.

Manage all incoming communications, answering calls from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific TimePromptly respond to emails and website lead submissions, converting inquiries into scheduled appointmentsCoordinate and schedule job quotes and cleaning assignments across a large geographical areaOptimize team schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfactionHandle general office management duties, including administrative tasks and team event coordinationEngage with customers on social media platforms, managing comments and inquiriesConduct research projects to support business growth and improvement initiativesAssist with various ad hoc tasks to support overall company operationsRequirements:

Fluent English communication skills, with exceptional phone and email etiquetteStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailProficiency in office software and communication toolsCustomer-centric mindset with a talent for building positive relationshipsAbility to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks as neededUnderstanding of or willingness to learn about exterior cleaning services and local geographyProblem-solving skills to handle scheduling complexities and customer inquiries effectively
