Office Manager | Leading Engineering Construction Firm

Salary: $85K-$100K + super

Location: NW Victoria

The Company
My client is a respected specialist in large engineering structures including water treatment plants, sewerage treatment plants, and bridge construction. With a focus on precision and attention to detail, they're seeking a skilled Office Manager to join their dedicated team.

THE ROLE
Reporting To The General Manager, You'll Be Responsible For:
Coordinating employee onboarding and supplier setup
Assisting with insurance policy management and claims
Managing the reception phone & multiple email accounts
Managing all aspects of bookkeeping using MYOB
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
Processing payroll and related obligations
Handling ATO lodgements and payments
Onboarding new employees & basic HR duties

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Extensive bookkeeping and payroll experience
Thorough understanding of financial accounting software systems
Knowledge of CFMEU Construction EBA
Experience with end-of-month, quarter, and year obligations
Strong HR and general business administration background
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft O365, SharePoint, MYOB
Experience with Lightyear AP and NAB Connect is highly regarded
