POSITION An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experience Office Manager to join the team in Brisbane.
This role offers the chance to join a national industry leader as their Brisbane Office Manager, providing support to the QLD State Manager and Operations Manager.
Some of the responsibilities of this role includes: Provide Operational Support & Leadership to Directors and staff overseeing quality control and work practices Managing 8-10 staff and administration duties including onboarding, training and mentoring administration staff ensuring smooth office operations Review, Update and Implement Company Systems and Processes Provide support to the State Manager on Financial Oversight including financial functions of debtor control and external relationships Organise company events and prepare and present information at meetings as requested You'll need to multitask and prioritise responsibilities, while also providing support to your team as needed.
