The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the business. Tasked with implementing daily operations that align with Premier's long-term goals and strategies, the Office Manager will support us to be efficient, productive, and effective.What you'll be doingDaily operations: Manage the Ballarat office and oversee offices in Geelong, Melbourne, and shared spaces.Operational execution: Support the implementation of the annual Game Plan and optimise business functionality.Business administration: Handle contractual agreements, be our resident Paprika and Wrike guru, and have operational budget oversight.Compliance and governance: Ensure operational compliance and governance.Client Support: Provide secretariat services and support client experiences, including event coordination, community liaison group meetings, and client surveys.We believe this position is vital for maintaining our productive and positive work environment.What we're looking forSubstantial experience (5+ years) in an office management or senior administrative role, preferably within a professional services environmentExcellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyStrong leadership and people management skills, with experience motivating and developing a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment/systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology; experience in Wrike, Paprika and Consultation Manager would be highly regardedHands-on experience with office machines and equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levelsProven track record of implementing efficient office procedures and controlsHighly reliable, discreet and able to maintain confidentialityA bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant disciplines would be highly regarded and/or relevant demonstrated similar experienceExperience working in infrastructure, renewable energy, mining, manufacturing and/or local government industries; consulting would be advantageous but not essentialWhat we offerAt Premier Strategy, we are committed to providing a supportive and engaging work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
