As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a seamless working environment.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Providing orientation and training to new employees.Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience in the education sector is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
