We are partnering with one of our engineering firms to look for their next office manager. The company in question engineers environmental control solutions for industries such as medical, data centre, industrial and commercial projects! With projects all over Australia they service a large amount of clients and drive a strong vision of company culture and success.
The Role:This is an office manager role with accounting expertise; you will be essential to the smooth running of the business. Your role will be dealing with admin tasks, finances, invoicing, payroll, and budgeting. It is essential you are at the stage of your career where you are ready not only to carry on processes but also develop improvement strategies and build upon the foundations for a very successful engineering company.
Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day office opportunitiesManaging financial admin tasks, using your accounting skills in respect of complianceImplement and develop policies within the officeManage relationships with suppliers and procurement processesManage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and records managementEnsure client satisfaction by providing an efficient high level of service with any inquiries or disputes.About You:Full of hunger and drive, and expert in strategic planningKnowledge or understanding of engineering works and processes is a massive plusTrack record as an office manager, or similar role with accounting responsibilities (3-5 years)Software knowledge - MS Office Suite & MS ExcelStrong skills in financial management - this is essential!Communication is key in this role, so you need to be presentable and a strong communicatorExperience with CRM and Project Management tools and softwareBenefits:Market Leading SalaryPermanent role with a strong successful company with a good pipeline and visionAbility for flexible workingTo register your interest please apply via the online function with an up-to-date resume and cover letter.
