Details of the offer

· The day to day running of the office (management of reception and undertaking of all administrative tasks.
· Provision of administrative support to the Director of Nursing.
· Accounts management (accounts receivable/payable, credit card, Residents’ Billing, Payroll, Banking, entering invoices, process payments.
· Create and maintain Residents and staff’s records and files.
· Maintenance of Resident Bond Register using eRAD.
· Liaise with families and Residents.
· Ad hoc duties for our affiliated Community groups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with MYOB or similar bookkeeping packages.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite of products

Applicants should be able to work between both of our sites (Ardeer and Epping)
Greek speaking preferred
