We're looking for a highly motivated Office Coordinator to join our growing business and assist with all administrative related duties. As the Office Coordinator in our Melbourne CBD office, your enthusiastic approach and go-getter attitude is crucial in maintaining our daily operations.

Our Office Coordinator plays a vital role in our company and directly impacts the smooth operation of RP Infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing essential support across various areas of the business, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, and will be serving as the initial point of contact for visitors with a friendly and professional approach.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Front-of-house reception duties such as incoming phone calls and attending to external visitors or clients in a helpful, courteous, timely and professional manner.Taking pride in maintaining the office, ensuring it's clean, tidy and well-organised.Reconciling company credit cards in RP Infrastructure's accounting software.Inductions for new staff, introducing them to our administrative systems and OH&S procedures.Coordinating stationery orders, office supplies, and equipment purchases.Coordinating office repairs and maintenance requests.Providing advice and support to staff regarding IT matters, such as connectivity to printers and the company IT network.Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments and catering needs have been met.Assist with ad hoc HR admin duties, such as CV formatting, onboarding etc.Organising internal events such as Christmas parties, monthly office meetings etc.Working closely with our Senior Management team, ensuring confident communication and a keen eye for detail. You'll be successful in this role if you have a 'no task too big or small' attitude. Ideally you'll have proven experience in supporting a corporate business with Office Coordination duties.
