Small but busy office located in Hurstville CBD area is looking for a proficient, highly motivated individual to join our friendly operations and office team.
The role is suitable for individuals who have a great attitude and a great work ethic that prepare to learn from the job and take on a variety of tasks as required. Someone who is dependable and work well under pressure in a busy environment with the ability to quickly adapt and learn to our software as well as assisting other general office duties. Someone who is familiar with graphic design such as Figma and Adobe skills is a plus.

About the role:
Report directly to Project Manager
Assist with ongoing development projects

Aiding with the client as needed
Follow up with invoices as required
Assisting operations team with bookings, filling shifts and recruitments
Assisting software supports as needed
As an office assistant, you are required to work as a team to support everyday operations and administration’s needs.

Experience & Key AttributesWork experience in office environments
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Strong positive attitude to learn and work
Are comfortable with dealing with customers over the telephone
Have strong computer skills
Have strong organisational and administrative skills
