Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
About the Role
As our Office and Admin Manager, you will be working with our Chief Financial Officer and responsible for the following:
Office Management: Organising Team Member travel and accommodation, events, tenancy including building security and maintenance.
Administration: Managing the Reception Team, office orders, insurance, petty cash and asset register.
Safety: Ensuring Corporate Social Responsibility tasks are actioned in a timely manner, conduct emergency evacuations and inductions, workplace inspections.
Human Resources: Coordinating visa management, culture and attitude surveys, Fair Work Awards and rates, Team Member onboarding and performance management.
Recruitment: Overall management of Recruitment Team and its function, such as reviewing contracts, job adverts, interview guides and processes.
What We're Looking For
Has at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in a small to medium size business (medium sized preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in high volume data entry to meet internal deadlines and cut off points.
Intermediate level of competency using MS Office suite, namely Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own work.
Supervisory experience and Team coordination skills.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Professional and confident verbal and written communication skills.
Positive and resilient attitude.
High level of professionalism and understanding of need for confidentiality.
