Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full time Helia EHS has a role available in our Melbourne office for an Office Administrator.
You will be required to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business.
Reporting to The Head of Operations, you will be working across the business to ensure the timely and accurate compilation of data and information.
This role is Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Your core objectives include: Reception/ Front of house representative Office maintenance Helia vehicles maintenance Organize catering for events and client meetings Ensure stationery and promotional material is current Work closely with the Financial Analyst to keep project financials up to date Project management system support (Total Synergy) Work alongside the Project managers on project related tasks Data entry/management and document control Internal audits & reporting Become the Total Synergy champion Travel arrangements and car hire Couriers and deliveries Provide varied administration support to all staff Assistance with our Integrated Management System (IMS) Work within our processes and procedures Must live the Helia values Helia EHS offers: A good working environment with a supportive and friendly team Opportunities for professional growth Social events Requirements: Team player Attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Drivers licence (preferred) Police Check If this role is of interest to you, please provide a covering letter and CV via the Seek link.
