Role Overview: As our Office Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities: Managing office supplies and equipment Coordinating meetings and appointments Handling correspondence and communication Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks using Excel and Xero Providing general administrative support to the team Maintaining a positive and efficient office environment About You: Must have a valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle 1+ years of experience with Excel and Xero Experience with Mobilizations & Invoicing Highly organized and able to multitask in a high-demand environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred What We Offer: A friendly and supportive work environment Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for professional development The chance to be part of a family-oriented team How to Apply: If you're excited about joining our family business and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
