We are currently seeking an experienced Office Admin to join our vibrant office.

As our office admin, you will be the heart of our office and responsible for:
Efficient Operations: Streamlining administrative processes, managing schedules, and ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine.Team Support: Providing support to our agents, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.Client Interaction: Interacting with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly, and leaving a lasting impression of professionalism and courtesy.Financial Management: Liaising with the financial team to ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping.Problem Solving: Addressing challenges proactively, finding innovative solutions to ensure the office operates seamlessly.Human Resources: Supervising the integration of new employees into the company and managing employee records.Compliance: Ensuring meticulous adherence to compliance standards across all facets of the business.Document Management: Maintaining organized filing systems and databases.Skills: Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency in office software and real estate management systems.Meticulous attention to detail to handle administrative tasks accurately.A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to support the team and our clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
