Office Management (Administration & Office Support)Fitzroy Mining Operations is a new force in the Queensland metallurgical coal mining industry with a portfolio of existing operations and a pipeline of growth projects. In our short history, we have successfully reinvigorated operations at Carborough Downs underground mine, breathed new life into the Broadlea open cut, and opened our new underground longwall pit at Ironbark No.1.About the RoleWe have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Brisbane corporate office. Our head office, based in Queen Street, consists of approximately 25+ corporate staff including the Senior Leadership Team, Finance, IT, Communication, and HR teams who all work to support our 4 mining operations in the Bowen Basin.We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, self-direct, and manage a diverse workload from ordering office and kitchen supplies through to supporting the CEO with calendar and travel management. This is a stand-alone role working within a genuinely collaborative and friendly office environment.Whilst we value flexibility, the expectation of this role will be to be based in the Brisbane office Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.
