About the role

A full time position is available for an experienced office all rounder who is willing to take on a wide variety of tasks when needed.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years administration and accounts experience with 2 of those years in the construction industry. You will be using Xero and Service M8 so knowledge of those systems will be highly regarded. Project coordination and job cost management is desired.
You will have great verbal and written communication, excellent time management skills, be experienced in all administration and accounts related tasks. These include - maintaining office facilities, keeping registers and maintenance of tools and equipment up to date, answering phones and interacting with clients, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, invoicing, reconciling, drafting quotes, ordering parts, maintaining sufficient HR records, assisting with WHS regulations and helping to ensure their compliance across the office and sites, council applications and submission of relevant forms, management of the relevant administration obligations for QBCC/workcover and contractor reporting and of course providing daily support to all staff and subcontractors.
You must be enthusiastic and able to work independently plus have the desire to work alongside an ambitious Director to help take KPM Plumbing exactly where he envisions.
This position is for someone who can start at 7am and work from our air-conditioned office in Enoggera.

5 years previous experience in administration and accounts
