Office/Accounts Assistant

Queensland Yoghurt, a family-owned business of over 20 years, produces a range of premium yoghurt in the Sunshine Coast hinterland that are proudly sold throughout Australia.
The opportunity currently exists for an energetic office wiz to join the team, in a Part-time role (20-25 hrs/wk) with flexibility for the right candidates.
The role will combine an office all-rounder with some accounts & bookkeeping functions, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, and based on-site in Image Flat.
Key responsibilities (Not limited to): End to end BookkeepingInvoices/reconciliationsAccounts Receivable/PayablePayrollWorkcover LodgementsGeneral office duties and answering phonesLiaising with an external accountant, regulatory bodies, clients and suppliersProviding customer service and sales / after sales supportManage and coordinate administrative tasks and office operationsAd hoc support – Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining accuracy and attention to detailSupport the team and overall coordination of the officeExperience in a similar role will set you up for success, along with proficiency in accounting programs (Reckon/Xero).
MRP and inventory management system experience (ie SAP/Fishbowl) would also be beneficial but not essential.
