An OD Consultant supports priorities to ensure that Australia Post has a "fit for purpose" Operating Model and to enable the People & Culture function to deliver on the Strategy, and on key transformational programs for the enterprise. The position is a 12-month opportunity and location is open to those based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.What you'll deliver with usOur OD Consultant will be able to listen, assess and make recommendations to the business regarding change. You will ensure business changes are tailored to align to our overall strategy and ensure continued future success for our organisation.You'll alsoProject management of large organisational change activity (e.g., enterprise change managed by the CoE team)Work closely with teams that support the delivery of organisational change in the People & Culture function e.g., People Services, Payroll, Mobility teamsDrive self-service tools and knowledge for leaders undertaking OD activitiesDesign and deliver frameworks, tools and knowledge for the People & Culture function undertaking OD activities (e.g., tools for Senior Business Partners)About youReporting to the Head of OD and Transformation, you will be a strong project manager who has an exceptional ability to guide and influence stakeholders on successful programs of change.You'll also needExperience in delivering projects and initiatives, particularly across an enterprise or multiple teamsExperience delivering small to medium change activitiesExperience with activities across the OD/people lifecycle, including organisational design and changeWorking with the business in a consulting or advisory roleHow we'll deliver for youBe part of a culture where everybody feels they belong, are valued, and can bring their authentic self to work every dayWe deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day.
