We offer flexibility, providing care in clients' homes, community settings, or our office.We welcome applications from experienced OTs, recent graduates, and those passionate about contributing to the disability field.DutiesAs an Occupational Therapist, you will:Have reasonable KPI's (5 billable hours per day) with flexibility on how you fulfill these +professional development to support you to deliver high quality client care.Collaborate with a range of clients, following a referral-based service model.Coordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.Develop and implement client plans, ensuring effective monitoring and reviews.Conduct home and community visits as required.Liaise with medical and allied health professionals.Coach and advise team members and carers.Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops.Attend meetings and maintain accurate documentation.We support people to live their best life.
