Occupational Therapist - Newcastle/Hunter/Central CoastAt Therapy HQ we are passionate about empowering our clients to shape their own future and achieve their goals.We are a growing allied health team providing community and centre-based services to adults with mild to severe acquired brain injury (ABI), including traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke and hypoxic brain injury, living in the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast Regions.Therapy HQ is the only private allied health service in our region that provides services exclusively to people with ABI. Demand for our service is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Occupational Therapist to join our team. Our employment packages include above award wages, a professional development budget, a work mobile phone and laptop and access to a fleet vehicle.Selection Criteria:Experience or demonstrated knowledge in working with adults with ABI to maximise their quality of life, participation and independence. Including cognitive and physical assessment, designing and implementing skill-building interventions, equipment prescription and home modifications.
