Your Crucial Role:
Collaborate closely with clients and their support network to design and execute personalised care plans that align with their unique goals and needs.
Conduct in-depth assessments, monitor client progress, and update care plans to guarantee optimal results.
Impart training and education to clients, their support network, and our support staff to foster maximum independence.
Maintain accurate and prompt documentation of services provided.
Stay updated with the most recent findings and best practices in Occupational Therapy through continuous professional development.
Your Indispensable Qualifications:
Registered OT with OTBA/AHPRA.
Recent graduates or experienced OTs with paediatric therapy exposure.
Outstanding collaboration, communication, and organisational skills.
A genuine commitment to client-centred care and an eagerness to work cohesively with our team to deliver extraordinary results.
