This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to individuals with a range of physical, cognitive, and mental health needs.What you'll be doingConducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, limitations, and rehabilitation needsDeveloping and implementing individualised treatment plans to help clients achieve their goalsProviding hands-on therapy and training to improve clients' daily living skills, mobility, and independenceCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client careMaintaining detailed client records and documentation to track progress and outcomesActively participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trendsWhat we're looking forA degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of AustraliaMinimum 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a healthcare or rehabilitation settingExcellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and evidence-based practicesAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionalsPassionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and improving the lives of individuals with physical, cognitive, or mental health challengesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex client needsWhat we offerAt Care - Force, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
