Occupational Therapist / Clinical Leader

Mediix is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join and lead the team as a Clinical Leader.You will be based at the clinic located in Melbourne's North East, but will also have the opportunity to work within the community, providing therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, and other community settings.Minimum Requirements:A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRAExperience working as an Occupational Therapist, with a focus on pediatrics preferredProven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and support a teamStrong assessment and intervention skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other members of the healthcare teamCurrent driver's license and access to a vehicleA genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of clients and their familiesBenefits:Generous remuneration packages starting from $105,000-$110,000 and dependent on experienceGuidance to build your career and develop new skillsSupportive managementTravel allowancesFor further details and role description, please feel free to reach out to us at ******
