Responsibilities include: Providing therapy across programs such as NDIS Therapy, Healthy Lifestyle Services, and aged care (residential, community, and in-home care) Supporting clients in group and individual settings with tailored interventions Developing high-quality care plans and maintaining accurate case notes Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive client outcomes Offering clinical leadership and mentoring opportunities for senior roles Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration Experience in community and disability sector services Strong understanding of chronic disease management, ageing impacts, and aged care Current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Check, and Working with Children Check Interested?
