Our growing ANZ Energy team is looking for a NSW Transmission & Distribution Leader, based in our busy Sydney office, to drive innovative change and support the acceleration of the energy transition with our clients. This is an exciting team leadership role, managing a team of 35 multidisciplinary engineers, while driving towards key client deliverables.

Job Description
Here's what you'll do:
The role of Transmission & Distribution Leader will enable you to lead an established team of Transmission and Distribution Engineers, Designers, and Drafters to deliver our strong backlog and future pipeline of key projects with major NSW clients in Energy.

Lead and grow our key practices Transmission and Distribution practice, including Digital skillsets in NSW.
Engage in a truly diverse role, building current and prospective Energy clients in an exciting leadership opportunity.
Collaborate with ANZ and global leaders to ensure continued success and growth in our Energy business.

A track record in leading others, is an architect for change, and looks to expand capability and capacity whilst driving flawless execution.
You will be a proven collaborative and influential leader, who is able to build effective relationships with clients and teams, with a passion to lead and build in Energy.
