Join our expanding East Coast team as a Coordinator! Lead, innovate, and drive success with new and existing clients and a dynamic team of 30+ employees. Hours:

Monday to Friday 6AM-4PM. What you'll do:

Collaborate with clients to fulfill labour needs Maintain a consistent workflow and accurate rosters Pursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients. Be actively involved in the recruitment process of hiring personnel. Travel for regular client and employee catch ups Drive a positive safety culture and lead safety culture initiatives Attend regular team events to build team culture Provide timely and accurate client quotes

What we're looking for:

Preferred - Trade Qualified Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician or Boilermaker Experience in NSW mining (Maintenance, scheduling or coordination) Proven leadership skills Commitment to safety and quality
