Now is the time to join this business in a unique and newly created role of NSW Account Management Lead.
The Role You will report to and work very closely with the State Regional Manager.
Your focus will be to drive and manage the service delivered to both existing and prospective members through your team of Account and Relationship Managers.
You will specifically be responsible for: Increasing engagement, retention and satisfaction of members Coaching and mentoring your team of 5 to deliver a world class member experience Supporting the creation of market segment and key account strategies to drive growth and retention of the B2B member base Developing and growing strategic relationships with key stakeholders Being the right-hand support to your Regional Manager as necessary To be considered for interview you will have A solid understanding of a membership-based organisation ideally within professional development or education Demonstrable team leading experience with a proven sales track record Experience in building a sales teams' framework including delivery of a territory plan and strategic account management plans The ability to build both internal and external stakeholder relationships quickly, fostering a successful team playing environment A strong network of key stakeholders and influencers across the wider business community What's in it for you?
