We are currently looking for an individual to join our exciting store working as a Full Time Night Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products Surprise and delight the customers with your amazing displays Maintain accurate department signage and pricing Putting the WOW in everything you do Use your team building experience to maintain a happy and safe working environment Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment Going the extra mile for our Customers Running the service department assisting the online department Processing daily admin tasks Handling customer complaints & enquiries Cash handling and nightly closing procedures Stock & supplies replenishment Printing & preparing price tickets for multiple departments Mentoring, training & coaching team members Assisting the store nightly pack up Minimum Requirements Previous customer service experience Enjoy working in a customer service environment Excellent communication skills Flexible availability, it's a busy store across 7 days!
