Veriu Macquarie Park, our flagship 184-key apartment hotel, is opening soon, and we're on the lookout for a Night Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel overnight. This is your chance to be at the forefront of our night operations, setting the standard for exceptional service and flawless execution during the overnight hours.
As a Night Manager, you'll work independently to oversee the hotel's nightly operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all systems run smoothly overnight. You'll act as the point of contact for any guest needs or issues that arise while also completing reconciliations and reporting required by the night audit function. Additionally, you'll manage and support the performance of the Night Auditor, who will take over on your days off, ensuring continuity of service and a seamless transition between shifts.
Your role is critical in making sure the hotel operates efficiently during the night, and you'll play a key part in upholding our high standards of service, even while most of the world sleeps.
