Waverley Toyota is currently seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join and lead our sales team at our Waverley dealership!Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall management of the New Car Sales Department, ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable.You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and it will be up to you to ensure that good employee and client relations are maintained whilst operating within ethical guidelines.This role is suited to a motivated and driven Automotive-experienced individual who is passionate about customer service and leading a high-performing team.About the role :Motivate and lead the sales teamEstablish and manage sales systems that include effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing and vehicle delivery programs.Ensuring industry-leading customer experience for all customersEnsure that all sales objectives are achieved and in full compliance with dealer standardsContribute to the profitability of the New Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance and aftercare productsKey qualifications and essential criteria :Experience in an Automotive Sales Management roleCommunication and leadership skillsMotivation for continuous improvementStrong problem-solving abilityDrive to meet KPIs and targetsA willingness to maintain superior brand product knowledgeDriver's license (manual transmission)What we offer :Generous salary package and employee benefitsA rewarding career within a well-known and respected businessA supportive and dynamic team environmentAccess to a range of career development and advancement opportunitiesEagers Automotive is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in the workplace.
