Your key focus is to actively prospect and gain new business for the property management portfolio. With an office that has a great sales team that is heavily focused on referrals, your earnings are uncapped – your job will be made easier by building strong internal relations where leads will come naturally!

Our systems and processes along with an amazing administration support team will allow you to focus on establishing client relationships, bringing in new business, and finding the perfect tenants. You will be supported and trained in our property management processes to establish high levels of customer service every time.
Responsibilities Actively prospecting for new business opportunities; Completing rental market appraisals for clients and Sales Agents; On-boarding new landlords; Ensuring properties are ready for leasing; Scheduling and carrying out viewings; Finalising and summarising tenancy applications; Achieving monthly KPIs; Building and nurturing relationships with clients and the sales team. Requirements A strong hunger to succeed and establish an incredible presence within a competitive market; Current experience working as a BDM or within leasing; Immaculate presentation and communication skills; Attention to detail & highly organised.
