Partner with the business on providing efficient and effective IT solutions to stakeholders.Work with outsourced vendors to ensure service levels remain at a high standard.Provide technical support and resolution of critical incidents.Have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 networking, security, service, and storage applications.Apply your technical and non-technical skills internally and externally to achieve company goals.Be exceptional at time management of critical IT incidents and manage escalation points.Support stakeholders in troubleshooting IT issues, isolating problems and working with external vendors on supplying a timely solution.Dive into scheduled out-of-hours implementations, data migrations, and custom reporting, showcasing your adaptability and technical prowess.Liaise closely with various teams within the organization and tech partners, creating a dynamic melting pot of ideas and expertise.You…..
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about delivering impactful IT projects and have the following abilities:
Proven track record in third-level desktop support, working closely with internal stakeholders resolving IT issues and liaising with external vendors to provide effective solutions.Provide expert level support and troubleshooting for escalated issues relating to hardware, software, network, and application systems.Diagnose, analyze and resolve complex problems efficiently.Contribute to the development of long-term IT solutions including process improvements and system enhancements.Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Create and maintain accurate documentation of resolutions and processes to improve the knowledge base for the internal IT team.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide innovative solutions and support.How to apply…..
