The position holder will be required to have broad and in-depth knowledge of IT Security infrastructure implementation, management, operations and solution delivery concepts.They will also be capable of shaping and delivering sound technical solutions and outcomes.Responsibilities:Provide BAU and Project related support for Security Technologies within the Cyber Protection PortfolioPerform "business-as-usual" technology management and support functions across the IT security technology systemsReport to Platform/Senior Managers and senior team members on technology system status and posturePerform problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to develop options and solutions to specific problems that are often technical in nature and contribute to remediation, repair and recovery activityCreate and contribute to the maintenance of support related documentation and Knowledge base articlesParticipate in the rotating team on-call after-hours support rostersProvide coaching and knowledge sharing to other team members where appropriate to support their skills and ensure their effective contribution to team objectivesSuccessful Candidate Will:Ability to create, document and adequately detail Infrastructure Technical Specification solutions and documentationUplift in delivery of repeated Infrastructure patterns to enable consistent delivery of Technical Specifications and solutions100% adherence to NAB technology change related requirements and processesCritical Experience:Experience deploying and supporting infrastructure/applications hosted within industry recognised Cloud Suppliers (AWS/Azure/Google)Experience in a Large Enterprise Environment (more than 10,000 users) across different geographiesMinimum of 5+ years IT Security related experienceA proven record of successfully scoping, shaping and delivering sound IT Security SolutionsQualifications:Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related fieldIT Security related certification (Eg: CISM, CISSP etc.)Cloud experience and certifications.
