Reporting to the Head of Network Delivery, in this newly created role, you will be a primary contact for our Refund Point Operators (RPOs), who are key to our container recovery success. With over 70 RPOs situated across Western Australia, you will focus on overseeing the operational performance of the network, ensuring effective training and utilisation of systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management – Lead a team of Contract Managers, ensuring strong reporting, system proficiency, and a commitment to compliance and safety.Operational Management – Oversee the day-to-day operations and uphold standards across all RPOs.Contract Management – Oversee the renewal and extension process and major contractual changes.Strategic Planning & Improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support project implementations to enhance network performance.Financial Management – Manage budgets and control expenses to meet financial targets.Stakeholder Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, actively engage and manage stakeholder expectations, seeking feedback, and providing updates on software issue remediation.This is a full-time opportunity, based in Subiaco, ideal for someone with excellent people management skills, who is passionate about operational excellence and committed to driving network success through compliance and relationship management.
