We love what we do, who we do it with, and we have fun while doing it!HOW YOU CAN HELP USYou will provide IT administration and support for a wide range of customers and services, with a focus on ensuring the delivery, availability, security, and potential recovery of primarily cloud-based server infrastructure and data.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide support and troubleshoot desktop (Windows & macOS), servers, and networking equipmentManage IP networking, including firewall configuration and security implementationMonitor system/network metrics and activity, responding to anomaliesAnalyse, research, and recommend improvements to systems infrastructure and operationsEvaluate and develop automation and configuration processes for systemsMaintain clear communication about work in progress through stand-up meetings and planning sessions, ensuring awareness of progress and quality of deliverablesManage and maintain inventory systemsWHO YOU AREStrong systems administration knowledgeProficient in networking and firewall configurationFamiliar with server utilization reportingExperience in access control and basic scripting/programmingSkilled in inventory managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and resolve user issues in a timely mannerDESIRED SKILLSExperience with AWS and Azure cloud servicesScripting skills in PowerShell and/or BashFamiliarity with Google WorkspaceKnowledge of source control tools (Git)WHAT'S ON OFFERWork-life balanceNovated leasingCasual dress codeBirthday leaveSponsored social eventsEmployee Assistance ProgramAt Adslot, we pride ourselves on being an innovative and collaborative team.
