They will lead negotiations related to network growth, disposal, and value opportunities for MC&M - ANZ, representing bp with external real estate stakeholders.Key Accountabilities Acquire properties through lease or purchase negotiations to support BP's network strategy, managing existing leases, NTIs, and NTbp opportunities.Divest surplus, non-operating, and low-performing assets to maximize value.Negotiate third-party agreements with tenants/sub-tenants across MC&M ANZ.Manage external consultants to secure approvals for site development in line with BP standards.Build and maintain relationships with developers and landlords to support growth opportunities.Essential Skills and Experience Prioritize safety and standards.Extensive experience in network development, planning, town planning, and property leasing, especially in retail.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of leases and contracts, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel extensively.What's in it for you?
