NES Fircroft has partnered with a global leader who is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to support their project teams by managing, distributing, and maintaining technical and project documentation on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company and client standards, streamline document workflows, and provide reliable support for our engineering, project management, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities Document Management: Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards. Distribution and Tracking: Coordinate the distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders, tracking revisions and ensuring timely feedback. Version Control Monitor: Monitor document versions to ensure all team members have access to the most up-to-date information. System Administration: Utilise and maintain document control systems to ensure secure and efficient storage of records. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements, industry regulations, and quality management policies. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve document control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Support to Teams: Provide training and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on document control procedures. Reporting: Generate regular reports on document status, outstanding approvals, and compliance metrics for project managers and stakeholders.
